The presence of problem areas on the body is not always associated with obesity and can also be observed in people of normal weight. If we look around critically, we will always find something we would like to change.
Some of us would like to remove extra centimeters in certain areas of the body, while others would like to add. The good news is that we, at Esteline Dermatology Clinic, have a solution to these problems. The same therapy with two different directions to change the figure as you wish.
I would like to introduce you to a different approach that successfully deals with the correction of problem areas.
The methodology was created by the Russian specialist Andrey Grebennikov.
Specific and different, distinguishing it from other methods is that it takes into account the individual characteristics of the body, the specificity of the metabolism and is planned according to the periods of the menstrual or lunar cycle.
The therapy can be used to reduce girth in problem areas and to tighten and increase muscle mass in selected areas.
This is associated with the phases of catabolism and anabolism. Or to put it more simply, on certain days the body more easily loses excess fat, water and metabolic waste products, and on others it is easier to gain muscle mass. This is precisely what led to the development of the strictly personal course consisting of 8 therapies divided into two stages.
When the goal is to reduce laps, the full course of the method has two stages. In the first stage, subcutaneous fat deposits are processed and prepared for the next phase. During the second stage, through specific techniques, the therapist directs the waste products from the breakdown of fat cells to the large lymph nodes, which will subsequently remove them from the body.
The full course for patients looking to tighten and increase muscle mass (for example, on the buttocks or calves) also has two stages, but they are completely different. Initially, the muscles and connective tissue in the selected areas are treated in depth in order to increase their saturation with oxygen-rich blood. After this preparation, the therapist proceeds to active stimulation and toning of muscle fibers, which is simultaneously combined with massage. This second stage of the course gives the visible changes – tight muscles with the desired volume and relief.
Depending on the goals of the individual program, different massage techniques are used in a specific sequence.
Body correction is maintained between 6 and 12 months. And with a proper diet and exercise regime – and much more.
In conclusion, in order to enjoy a beautiful and harmonious body, we cannot rely only on our good will. It takes discipline, motivation and changes in lifestyle, eating and exercise habits.
