Dr. Ivan Peev
Dr. Ivan Peev is the owner of the dermatology clinic Aestheline and the head of the “Dermatology” and “Aesthetic Procedures” departments. He gained his rich professional experience primarily at the Dermatology Clinic of the Military Medical Academy in Sofia, where he was also an assistant professor until 2015. It was then that his love for teaching and sharing knowledge with patients and colleagues emerged, and today Dr. Peev is a preferred lecturer at various dermatological and aesthetic forums.
Dr. Peev’s clinical approach involves a synergy between his established medical expertise and modern laser systems. Its effectiveness is expressed in the precision and optimization of the degree and duration of treatment, achieving maximum aesthetic results.
Due to his specific experience in using innovative laser technologies, Dr. Peev is a preferred lecturer and participant in leading national and international forums.
In 2016, Dr. Peev won the award from the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) for his significant contribution to the development of modern approaches in dermatology.
Since 2009, Dr. Peev’s clinical experience in practice has supported scientific research focused on innovative methods for treating psoriasis, vitiligo, and atopic dermatitis.
Since 2019, Dr. Peev has frequently been invited as a trainer in Europe for the applications of FOTONA laser systems.
Since 2022, Dr. Peev has been a national trainer for Belotero and Radiesse fillers.

Dr. Aylin Kafelova
Dr. Aylin Kafelova is a dermatologist. She has specialised dermatology and venereology at Aleksandrovska Hospital with high achievements in the field. In 2019, she graduated from the Medical Faculty of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” with honors and received the “Golden Hippocrates” award.
Dr. Kafelova’s professional interests focus on innovations in clinical dermatology. She has publications in the field of dermatoscopy, dermatological pathology during pregnancy, autoimmune inflammatory, and bullous dermatoses. She actively participates in various congresses, seminars, and practical training related to clinical and aesthetic dermatology.
Dr. Kafelova also excels in the field of aesthetic dermatology with specialization in injection procedures.
She is a member of the Bulgarian Dermatological Society (BDS), the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), and the International Dermoscopy Society (IDS). With her active membership in these prestigious organizations, Dr. Kafelova contributes to the development and sharing of knowledge within the dermatological community.
Dr. Maria-Mina Peyneska
Dr. Maria-Mina Peyneska is a resident physician at the Clinic of Dermatology and Venereology at the Military Medical Academy in Sofia. She graduated from the 91st German Language High School in Sofia, and then from the Medical University of Sofia in 2023 with excellent results.
Since her student years, she has been deeply interested in dermatology and volunteered at the clinic of the Military Medical Academy, where she gained her first practical skills. Her main professional interests are focused on clinical dermatology and new approaches in the treatment of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne, and rosacea. She has also discovered a desire to develop in aesthetic dermatology and is trained in performing injection and laser procedures. She actively participates in congresses, symposiums, trainings, and seminars in the field of clinical and aesthetic dermatology.
In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction, as well as traveling and getting to know different cultures. During the winter months, she combines this hobby with skiing and relaxation in nature, while during the summer season, she never misses snorkeling and swimming.
For her, the most important aspect of her work is building trust with patients, and she strives to earn it so that they feel confident in their skin.
She is a member of the Bulgarian Dermatological Society (BDS) and the Bulgarian Medical Association (BMA).

Penka Pashova
Penka Pashova is a certified medical cosmetologist specializing in “Medical Cosmetology” from the Medical College “Yordanka Filaretova” in Sofia. She holds a master’s degree in “Medical Cosmetology” from the Faculty of Public Health in Sofia. She is a certified consultant in manual and equipment-based procedures for the face and body. With twenty years of professional experience, fifteen of which were spent in her own cosmetic practice in Sofia, she joined the Esteline clinic as a partner.
Penka is recognized for her individual style and skills in applying medical cosmetic therapies. She has extensive experience in using various classes of cosmetic products during procedures. Her main goal is to achieve the best possible result on the skin with long-lasting effects.
She shares her knowledge with students studying “Medical Cosmetology” at the Yordanka Filaretova College in Sofia, serving as their mentor.
Tanya Todorova
Tanya Todorova is a certified cosmetologist with over 17 years of professional experience. She has worked for many years in a renowned French cosmetics company, where her interactions with diverse individuals have allowed her to develop a personalized approach in both communication and their selection of professional and home care. Over the years, Tanya has participated in numerous specialized cosmetic symposiums and has received training on topics such as anti-aging, acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and more. This motivated her to further specialize in “Medical Cosmetology” at the Yordanka Filaretova College of Medicine at Sofia Medical University.
Tanya also believes in the power of non-invasive procedures, as she believes that natural beauty can be enhanced and maintained through timely and regular care.
Her foremost goal is for patients to feel well-cared for, leave satisfied, and with a smile on their faces.
Tanya enjoys interacting with people, and in her free time, she engages in sports. For her, group workouts are a wonderful way to share the joy of communication while taking care of her body. Additionally, Tanya is a passionate cook. She loves experimenting with various healthy recipes in her spare time.
Victoria Patronska
Victoria Patronska is studying “Medical Cosmetology” at the Yordanka Filaretova College, affiliated with Sofia Medical University. Her interest in cosmetics and skin health began in her youth when she started following the latest news in the field, seeking solutions for common skin conditions, and discovering ways to maintain healthy and beautiful skin.
Victoria loves to travel and spend time in nature, which inspires and refreshes her. Additionally, she has interests in the music sphere, particularly playing the piano. She also develops her culinary skills and enjoys cooking.
This variety of interests and passions makes Victoria an energetic and creative individual, which is reflected in her work. She strives to utilize her knowledge and skills in medical cosmetology to help her patients achieve healthy and beautiful skin, while providing individual attention and care.

Gergana Peeva
Gergana Peeva is the manager at AestheLine clinic. She has accumulated experience in various professional fields.
She graduated in French Philology from Sofia University in 2012 and subsequently developed her career in the areas of commerce, management, and finance. In 2014, she completed a degree in Enterprise Management at the University of Nantes, France, and later specialized in Health Management.
Her previous experience in well-known international corporations such as Diversey and Cargill in roles related to commerce and finance has provided her with a comprehensive view of process management and best practices in successful companies, which she applies in the clinic today. Together with her husband, Dr. Ivan Peev, they have built a team of professionals – doctors and medical specialists who share their vision and values.
For Gergana, personality is of paramount importance. At the core of the team, she strives to develop and motivate qualities and skills among her colleagues through creativity and personalized approaches. This enables them to constantly surpass themselves, not only as professionals in their field but also as individuals.

Daria Rusinova
Daria Rusinova is an example of an energetic and open-minded person. She successfully completed her education at a Ukrainian-Bulgarian school in Ukraine and is currently finishing her third year at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in the field of Public Relations.
Daria is a bright example of a creative personality, having showcased her talents over the years as a singer of popular songs and as a dancer in a Bulgarian folk dance ensemble. She enjoys drawing and engaging in various sports activities.
Our first encounter with Daria was in 2023 when she had health issues, which we successfully resolved. At that time, she was quite stressed, but as she herself shared: “Your kindness, radiance, professionalism, and wide smiles calmed me down and made me trust you.”

Dr. Silvia Orucheva
Dr. Silvia Orucheva is a certified obstetrician-gynecologist and head of the “Obstetrics-Gynecology and Aesthetic Gynecology” department at Aestheline clinic. She has a deep interest in the field of aesthetic gynecology and the possibilities of laser therapy for improving the quality of life.
She gained most of her practical experience at Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital Sofia. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Spanish Medical Association with the right to practice in the country. From 2011 to 2013, she worked as a doctor in Pamplona, Spain, where her main target group of patients were young individuals with a sports career.
Currently, Dr. Orucheva is undergoing individual training at Hospital Universitario Madrid Monteprincipe, under the supervision of Dr. Cesar Aroyo, the president of the Spanish Association of Aesthetic Gynecology. The training focuses entirely on laser treatment for dysfunctions following traumatic childbirth, age-related changes, and decreased sexual satisfaction.
Dr. Orucheva has participated in numerous qualification courses in the field of obstetrics and gynecology throughout Europe. Her scientific interests lie in the field of aesthetic gynecology, pelvic floor disorders, benign and malignant diseases, prevention and destructive treatment of cervical precancers, as well as minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Orucheva is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association. Since the beginning of 2018, she has also been part of the team at Vita Hospital, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.
Cesar Arroyo, MD
Cesar Arroyo, MD, is an expert in the field of medical lasers. He has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic and medical laser procedures and aesthetic gynecology.
He is Chairman of the Spanish Society of Aesthetic, Functional and Regenerative Gynecology and a member of the scientific committee sitting at the International Association of Aesthetic Gynecology and Sexual Wellbeing (IAAGSW) and the International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery and Sexology (ISAGSS). He is Chairman of the scientific committee sitting at the Portuguese Society of Aesthetic Gynecology. He is Head of the Spanish branch of the Iberian-American Laser Academy.
He is a member of the prestigious American Society of Medical Surgical Laser (ASLMS) and the Spanish Society of Medical Surgical Lasers (SELMQ). He’s an honorary member of the Portuguese Society of Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Arroyo is a visiting professor at multiple universities – at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos Madrid (in the Masters subject in Aesthetic Medicine), at Alcalá de Henares y Complutense, and he’s also a professor at the Masters in Advanced Techniques and Aesthetic Laser Procedures at Hospital NISA in Valencia. He also teaches at the Laser and Health Academy.
Dr. Arroyo teaches in several courses aimed at physicians with experience in managing laser dermoaesthetics and holds specialized conferences on the development of this particular field both locally and internationally. He has co-authored books and written articles in both local and international medical journals.
He is currently head of HM Monteprincipe Hospital’s Medical, Regenerative and Aesthetic Laser Unit. He is also privately practicing in Madrid, Spain. Dr. Arroyo is a medical graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid in the subject of family and general medical practice. He has defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic of medical lasers.
